Software Engineers

Responsibilities

• Manage operations, develop business and increase profitability for a company in Clavax Australia Pty Limited.
• Determining needs, hiring employees, overseeing assignment of employees
• Developing a clear project plan and communicating to the client, team and the management.
• Addressing client’s issues on priority and escalating to the management in-case it is unmanageable. Familiarizing team with clients’ needs specifications, software design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance.
• Troubleshooting the discrepancies between the results and fixing the code for them.
• Developing functional and technical specifications.
• Software patch management.

Key Duties

• Determines database structural requirements by analysing client operations, applications, and programming; reviewing objectives with clients; evaluating current systems.
• Developing new ideas from both a product and process perspective.
• Bridge the gap between client requirements & solution delivered, that is commensurate with the abilities of a person who has the above level of training and/or experience

Salary: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per annum
